As Team Captain:

1. Login / sign up
2. Access the event page
3. On the first page after you click on register, you must choose to register as Team Captain or Team ember. Select Team Captain and you will be directed to pick a category.
4. Follow the direction and continue with the registration process
5. If there are add-ons, you may add it here.
6. Continue to payment and the Team Captain will receive a confirmation email.
7. Registration process is completed.

The next step is to add Team Member:

1. Once you have received the confirmation email that you are registered in the event, Team Captain must log back in and access the member area, click on the JawaraVR 60K Run Ekiden event.
2. On the event page, click Team Settings to set the Team Members.
3. Here Team Captain will need to enter the team name and team members. Team Captain can also set the distance/time according to the available options.
4. Input the date, and click 'ADD TEAM', list will be added below according to Team Captain's input.
5. Team Captain must set the distance/time to be collected by Team Members. Team Captain must enter the email used when logging in.
6. After the data entry is completed, click 'SAVE TEAM' and Team Members will receive invitation email with unique code that will identify them as your team members.
7. Process is completed, you can wait for other team members to register and join in.

As Team Member:

1. Login /sign up
2. Access the event page.
3. On the category page, select 'Team Member', and you will be directed to enter a unique code.
4. Enter the unique code received through email invitation.
5. Click 'Next', and follow the process.
6. If Team Member did not select an add-on item, then there is no additional charge added. Entry fee is charged to the team captain.
7. If Team Member selected an add-on item, then follow the payment process until finished.
8. Team Member has completed the registration process.

Maintaining health is one of the mandatory things to do during a pandemic.
Therefore, JawaraVR again invites you and your running buddy to run to complete the 60K running challenge that can be completed together, during the event period.

To complete this 60K running challenge, you and your running buddy each only need to run 30K which can be completed in a multiple activities of running or walking during the event period.

Don't forget to apply health protocols to avoid the Covid-19 virus while doing outdoor activities.

Activity and Distance Tracker:

Activity trackers that can be connected to JawaraVR are Strava and Garmin. You have to connect one of these activity trackers in your member area of JawaraVR

Registration Requirements:

A minimum of 17 years old in 2021
Has a valid identification
Has a delivery address within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia
Activities can only be carried out by running or walking
Agrees and abides by terms and conditions set for JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN
Has an activity tracker (Garmin or Strava) that can be connected to JawaraVR.
Agrees and abides by decisions made by the organizer of JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN.
Physically and mentally healthy
Agrees to complete the virtual race in a maximum 10 activities.

Participation

Participation in JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN can be in three of the following:

By Participating in JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN, including but not limited to its registration on this website, participants accept and agree to follow and are bound by all rules and regulations, terms and conditions set by the organizer of JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN.

REGISTRATION

Minimum age with a proof of a valid identification is 17 years old.
With consideration of the minimum age above, all nationalities can register to be a participant.
For non-Indonesian nationalities, when selecting the Standard or Premium Package, you must enter in a delivery address that is within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. We do not deliver to an address outside of Indonesia.
Participants cannot change the category selected once the registration process is completed.
Participants are required to pay for the registration fee of JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN according to the amount due and the electronic payment options set by the organizer. All potential loss derived from the online electronic payment, including but not limited to disruption of telecommunication network, error in typing and mistake in completion of the electronic payment is the responsibility of the participant. Completed registration payment by participant cannot be returned or refunded.
When registering, participants agree to:
1. Provide the latest, accurate and complete information about the participant (Registration Data)
2. To always check the Registration Data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
Organizer reserves the right to halt or cancel participant’s registration if participant is found to have provided inaccurate information.
Organizer can send a notification to the participant through a registered email. All notifications sent to the registered email address are considered to have been received by the participant.
Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of participants and/or turn down participation that is not in accordance with the terms and conditions set for this event.
Organizer reserves the right to close registration before the registration deadline or when the set quota is reached.
Participation in JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN is personal. Participants cannot transfer his/her privileges and obligations in this event to a third party.
Sales and/or transfer of participation in JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN is prohibited and may be used as grounds for disqualification.

JawaraVR 60K RUN EKIDEN Medal

Medal is only available for participants who registered for the Standard 1 Package and Premium Package.
The medal is considered a participation medal. All who participated (selected the Standard 1 Package and Premium Package) in JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN are entitled to a medal.
Medal will be delivered to the participant’s delivery address that is registered in our system and that is within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

JawaraVR 60K RUN EKIDEN Jersey

Organizer will provide a jersey for participants of JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN who selected the Standard 2 Package and Premium Package only.
The jersey is considered a participation jersey. All who participated (selected the Standard 2 Package and Premium Package) in JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN are entitled to a jersey.
Jersey will be delivered to the participant’s delivery address that is registered in our system and that is within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participants must follow all decisions made by the organizer of JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN
Participants hereby understands that JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN will involve physical activities and must ensure that participant is in a physical condition that is well enough to participate in JawarVR 60K Run EKIDEN
Organizer will not be responsible for loss that is caused by the following:
- Hereditary illnesses
- Accident while running or during activities
- loss and/or damage of personal properties during the run.
The 60 kilometers are divided into 30 kilometers per participant, it can be completed accumulatively by running or walking during the virtual run period, with a maximum of 10 (ten) times of activity (run/walk).
Participants must use one of the tracers of either Garmin or Strava during the participant’s activity.
Participants must connect a tracker (Garmin/Strava) to the JawaraVR platform in the member area.
Participant who have connected their tracker with JawaraVR Platform will have their activities automatically captured after each synchronization
Participants are considered finishing the virtual race once the participant has completed the total distance of 60 km within the number of activities that can be submitted, within the period of submission.
Participants who have synchronized 10 activities and did not reach the required distance of 30K per participant, will be considered not completing the virtual challenge.

OTHERS

In the event of incidents that are beyond human control (force majeure) including but not limited to work strikes, fires, mass riots, sabotage, pandemics, restrictions on activities, natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods or other matters beyond the control of all parties and causing JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN to have to be cancelled, no party can be sued nor are they to provide compensation for all losses incurred as a result of a force majeure incident.
Organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, which will be informed by the organizer to participants by any means of communication.

General:

JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN is organized to promote an active lifestyle that is safe and respects the spirit of sportsmanship. Organizer expects the participants to provide running/walking data that are accurate and true.
Registration of JawaraVR 60K Run EKIDEN cannot be canceled or transferred without exception.
Participants must be 17 years old when Jawara VR 60K Run EKIDEN starts.
www.jawaravr.id is the only official website used to distribute information about this event
Garmin and Strava are activity trackers that are available to use. You must connect one of these trackers with JawaraVR platform to be able to participate in the virtual run
The accuracy of the activities is the responsibility of the participant. Organizer is not responsible for discrepancies of distance recorded between more than one device.
If participants are running or walking outdoors, participants must be expected to follow the local government regulations on social distancing and physical distancing.
JawaraVR 60K EKIDEN activities are recorded automatically by JawaraVR. Participants have the option to delete activities recorded that are unwanted.
Organizer has the ability to limit or delete activities that are inconsistent with the activities of running or walking.

Activities and Sports

Participants are responsible for their own activities of running/walking and for the choice of route.
Organizer is not responsible for accidents that may arrive from the choice of route by the participants
Organizer is not responsible for negligence by participants when doing their activities.
Results of activities by participants will be listed based on time and not distance submitted.

1. What is JawaraVR 60K Run Ekiden?

JawaraVR 60K Run Ekiden is the latest edition of the JawaraVR 60K Run series with a slight twist. In this edition, 2 runners can partner up to complete the 60 KM distance virtually from different towns or places making this challenge suitable for those who just started running or those who prefer a shorter distance. JawaraVR 60K Run Ekiden can be completed in multiple activities during the activity period.

JawaraVR 60K Run Ekiden will be held virtually using designated activity trackers which are, Strava and Garmin

Registration can be done on www.jawaravr.id. Participants are required to create an account and complete the registration form. An email confirmation will be sent after the registration is completed. Your Ekiden partner will also receive an email invitation to submit his/her information on the website.

6. How much does JawaraVR 60K Run Ekiden cost?

Standard 1 (2 Medal) : Rp 190.000
Standard 2 (2 Jersey) : Rp 210.000

7. What will participants receive in the registration package?

8. Can one account be used to register multiple times?

One (1) account can only be registered for one person and one (1) email address can be used for one account

9. How many people can register under one (1) account?

One (1) account can only be used to register one (1) person.

10. Can I change my registration data?

Registration data cannot be changed after the registration is completed

11. Can I change the name previously registered?

Participant cannot change the name on the registration after it is completed

12. After I completed the registration, can someone else replace me?

Participants cannot be substituted by another person.

13. I did not receive a confirmation email. What can I do?

Participants can send an email to race@jawaravr.id to request confirmation email to be resent.

14. I have a problem during the payment process. What can I do?

Please do a screenshot or screen capture on the problematic payment page and send it by email to race@jawaravr.id or call our customer service line at 0812-4623-9395 (Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB, except holidays)

15. Can I register offline?

Registration can only be done only thru our official website Jawaravr.id

16. What are the requirements to participate in JawaraVR 60K Run Ekiden?

a. Minimum age of 17 years old when the event started
b. Following the terms and conditions of the event
c. Following the government regulations on health protocols during the pandemic
d. Healthy physically and mentally
e. Completing the distance during the event period without exceeding the maximum distance tolerance 3 KM per participants

17. Will I still receive the event package I registered for even if I did not complete the distance?

If participants did not complete the distance, they will still receive all the entitlements with the exception of the e-certificate.

18. Where will the running jersey be delivered to?

For those who selected Standard 2, Premium and selected add-on, your jersey will be delivered to the team captain’s address.

19. Where will the medal be delivered to?

For those who selected Standard 2, Premium and selected add-on, your medal will be delivered to the team captain’s address.

20. Is there a device that one must prepare for JawaraVR 60K Run Ekiden?

Activity trackers that will be used are Strava and Garmin. Participants must connect one of the activity trackers with JawaraVR website and the privacy setting must be set to the public.

21. Is the collection of time will be done automatically by connecting the activity tracker?

Yes. Every activity done using the connected activity tracker will be synced with JawaraVR.

22. How do you connect the activity tracker with JawaraVR?

Here are the steps:

Click the profile icon on the top right hand corner
Select “Dashboard”
Select one of the listed activity trackers
Follow the instructions

23. What if the activities are not syncing automatically?

4. Click on “Refresh” button on that page to see your latest activities

24. Can I submit more than 30 KM?

Yes, the excess distance tolerance is 3 KM per participant.

25. Where can I see the activities completed and recorded in the event

You can see it in your member area on JawaraVR website.

Click on your profile on the top right hand corner.
Select “My Challenges”,
Select JawaraVR 60K Run Ekiden.

26. Is there a minimum time for each activity performed?

There is no minimum distance set for each activity.

27. Can I do indoor activities?

Yes. indoor activities can be done. However, participants have to ensure that activities can be synced or uploaded to the activity tracker of choice that has been connected to JawaraVR.

28. Where can I get my e-bib number? Does the e-bib have to be worn during activity?

E-bib number can be downloaded from your account on JawaraVR

Click “Download Bib” and follow the next step

Bib number can be worn while activity, but it is not mandatory
