Brompton Three Peaks Challenge

Participants agree to take part in the Brompton Three Peaks Challenge (“Event”) held on 18 September 2022 in Taman Lapangan Banteng, and for the purpose of the Event, participants register on this website. By registering for this Event, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with and be bound by all the rules, terms and conditions of the Event made and stated by the Event organizing committee ("Terms and Conditions”).

REGISTRATION

1. The Event can be participated by a team of 5 (five) people (“Participant”).
2. The minimum age to become a Participant proofed by a valid identity card in accordance with prevailing law which 17 (seventeen) years old on the date of the Event.
3. Without prejudice the age requirement as referred to in point 2 of this part, all Indonesian citizens as well as foreigners may register as Participants.
4. All Participants shall mentioned their full name in accordance with a valid identity card and the team name.
5. Participants cannot change the composition of the Team Participants that have been selected after registration.
6. Participants and their teams are required to pay an Event registration fee in the amount of Rp500,000/team through the electronic payment channel set by the organizer. All consequences and losses that may arise from electronic payment of registration fees, including but not limited to telecommunication network disturbances, writing failures, and failures in filling out electronic payment forms, are the responsibility of the Participant. The registration fee that has been paid by the Participant is non-refundable/cashed for any reason.
7. When registering, the Participant agrees to:
   1. provide accurate, correct, update and complete information about Participants filled in the registration form (“Registration Data”) and
   2. always check the Registration Data so that it is always accurate, correct, update and complete.
8. The Organizer has the right to cancel the Participant's registration if the organizer finds out that the Participant provides inaccurate, false, not update or incorrect information.
9. The Organizer may send a notification to the Participant for any Event developments and information thorough the Participant's email address registered in the Registration Data. All notifications sent to the Participant's email address registered with the organizer, are deemed to have been received and known by the Participant.
10. The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number and/or refuse registration of Participants who are not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to close the registration before the registration deadline when the Event quota has been fully filled.
12. Participants may not transfer their rights and obligations in their participation in the Event to other third parties.
13. The sale or transfer of Event registrations is strictly prohibited and will result in the disqualification or banning of individuals from participating in such events in the future.

GENERAL PROVISIONS OF ORGANIZING EVENTS

1. Participants are required to follow all the terms and conditions of the Event as determined by the Organizer.
2. This Event is a sporting activity and Participants hereby understand that the Event focuses on physical activities and ensures that Participants are in good physical condition and health to take part in the Event.
3. If the Participant experiences health problems during the Event and results in injury, accident, illness or other physical intrusion, it will be the responsibility of the Participant and the Participant releases the organizer's responsibility for all losses incurred.
4. The Event Organizer will not be held responsible for any losses caused by the following actions:
   1. Congenital diseases;
   2. Accident during the Event; and
   3. Loss and/or damage to personal property during the Event.
5. Participants must complete the specified race distance in one (1) activity during the Event period.
6. To finish the Event, participants can combine Brompton cycling activities with the using public transportation such as MRT (Mass Rapid Transit), Transjakarta Bus and KRL (Kereta Rel Listrik). However, Participants are not allowed to take private vehicles, taxis and/or online taxis.
7. JAWARA VR is the only platform that will be used to record the virtual activities of the Participants.
8. Synchronization of recording device between each Participant's activity and JAWARA VR is the Participant's obligation.
9. The accuracy of Participant data activity is the Participant's responsibility. The organizer is not responsible for the difference in distance between the activity recording device and the application.
10. Participants shall follow the local government protocol on the social distancing and physical distancing.
11. Activities and adjusting the recording activity shall be done in accordance with the provisions of the implementation time. Activities and synchronization of recording device conducted outside of the implementation period will not be accepted as legitimate activities.

THE RIGHTS OF EVENT FINISHER

1. Participants who successfully complete the distance from each registered category are entitled to get prizes that have been prepared by the organizers.
2. All team members must successfully complete the applicable conditions within the time limit decided by the organizer to be declared finish.
3. All team members shall successfully provide proof of passport that has passed all checkpoints.
4. Participants who do not manage to complete within the implementation period will not get the right of the finisher.
5. The right of the Event finisher will be given directly at the finisher area and cannot be send after the Event for any reason.
6. Participants shall complete this challenge within 3 hours and 45 minutes from the start signal being sounded.
7. The checkpoint will be closed 3 hours 15 minutes after the signal is sounded.
8. Participants shall accumulate a minimum of 20 kilometers of cycling on their respective activity trackers to meet the requirements of this challenge.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. In the event of events of force majeure including but not limited to strikes, fires, mass riots, sabotage, pandemics, restrictions on community activities, natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods or other matters beyond the control of the party and make this Event unenforceable, no party will be sued to provide compensation for any losses that arise as a result of the force majeure event.
2. Copyright and other intellectual property rights (if any) of images, photos, articles, record time, and location information covering the Event, and their use rights for TV broadcasts, newspapers, magazines, internet, and other media or publications belong to the organizers. Such use also includes, but is not limited to, the name and other personal information such as the age and address (country, province and city) of the Participant.
3. The Organizer has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions which will be notified by the Organizer to Participants in any form and through any means.

Peraturan UMUM:

1. Brompton Three Peaks Challenge diselenggarakan untuk mempromosikan gaya hidup aktif dengan aman dengan menjunjung tinggi sikap sportif. Penyelenggara mengharapkan agar setiap peserta memberikan data aktivitas berlari secara jujur dan benar.
2. Pendaftaran Brompton Three Peaks Challenge tidak dapat dibatalkan ataupun ditransfer tanpa pengecualian.
3. Peserta harus berumur minimal 17 tahun pada saat acara Brompton Three Peaks Challenge berlangsung.
4. JAWARA VR adalah satu-satunya aplikasi yang akan digunakan untuk mendata aktivitas virtual para peserta.
5. Sinkronisasi antara perangkat pencatatan aktivitas masing-masing peserta dengan JAWARA VR adalah kewajiban para peserta.
6. Akurasi data aktivitas peserta menjadi tanggung jawab peserta. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab akan perbedaan jarak antara perangkat pencatatan aktivitas dengan aplikasi.
7. Peserta wajib mengikuti protokol pemerintah daerah setempat terkait social distancing dan physical distancing.
8. Aktivitas dan menyinkronkan perekam aktivitas harus dilakukan sesuai waktu penyelenggaraan. Aktivitas dan menyinkronkan perekam aktivitas yang dilakukan di luar periode penyelenggaraan tidak akan diterima sebagai aktivitas yang valid.

Aktivitas dan Olahraga

1. Peserta bertanggung jawab penuh atas aktivitas berlari yang dilakukan (baik di dalam maupun di luar rumah) dan pemilihan rute bersepeda.
2. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas kecelakaan yang timbul akibat pemilihan rute oleh peserta.
3. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas kelalaian di pihak peserta ketika melakukan aktivitas berlari.
4. Hasil aktivitas para peserta akan diurutkan berdasarkan jarak yang telah diselesaikan dan dikumpulkan dan bukan berdasarkan waktu yang ditempuh.
5. Peserta harus menyelesaikan tantangan ini dalam 3 jam dan 45 menit sejak isyarat start dibunyikan. 
6. Check-point akan ditutup 3 jam 15 menit setelah isyarat start dibunyikan.
7. Peserta harus mengumpulkan minimal 20 kilometer pada activity tracker masing-masing untuk memenuhi persyaratan tantangan ini.
